Greetings from TRY Media and Publishing Pvt. Ltd !

TRY is an institution endeavouring to provide educational solutions to
schools and small businesses. We are conducting two summer camps -
*“Changaathikkoottam
– Under the Grand old Mango Tree to Experience Keralam”* for children of
high school and higher secondary school classes. The first one is of 5 days
and the second camp for 10 days. *This residential camps provide
opportunity to experience Keralam, from cultural heritage and history to
food and games.*

The Summer camps focus on

-  Trips to understand *history, culture, *of Keralam combined with
presentations, performances and demonstrations (*Kalaripayttu, Folk* * art
forms, Theatre, Kathakali and Mohiniyattam*).

-          Nature films and *Nature trek.*

-          F*ood* served at the camp will be selected items from Kerala’s
traditional cuisine.

-          There will be time to play *village games* .

-          *Interactions *with dignitaries from various fields.

The 10 day Summer camp has more to it:

-          A 10-day specialized training in *Kalaripayattu.*

-          Trips to understand *science and technology, and village
governance with presentations.*

-          *Full- fledged Nature film festival*

Apart from these, the camp will have classes in *Self-discipline and
improving concentration, Life Skills and Media awareness*. Every
participant will get time to show case their talents at the camp fire. The
medium of interaction will be Malayalam and English.

The dates of Summer Camp are;

5 day camp -  *May 7 evening to May 12 evening, 2014*

10 day camp – *May 13 evening to 22 evening, 2014*

Venue: *Nira Nilaavu, near Poomala Dam* - 12 KM from *Thrissur* city.

The property is fenced and will have round the clock security.

The camp is restricted to *50 participants*.

The last date of registration *is April 25, 2014*.

The *participant fee is INR. 7,500/- *for 5 day camp and* INR.
15,000/-*for 10 day camp.

The participants will have to make their own arrangements to reach the camp
site.
