A Dalit schools student of class X has been killed in an RC  aided School
in Sivagangai diocese of Tamilnadu due to corporal punishment . We seek
your immediate urgent action in this case. Kindly send an  SMS to all the
indicated persons below with the following message.

The SMS Message to be sent:



Death in school hostel custody of Dalit minor Sathishkanth of 10th class
from Sacred  Heart Hr. Sec. Sch, Thiruvengadam, Muthukulathoor Tk, Ramnad
Dt. Death resulting from corporal punishment. Hence case u/s 174 CrPC to be
altered to 302 IPC. Correspondent, Principal & warden  were in police
custody in Thuval PS on 3rd Jan & then released. They require to be
arrested immediately for ends of justice. School Education Dept. to ensure
immediate suspension of Correspondent, Warden and Principal. The fully
aided school been receiving fees illegally all these years in spite of
series of complaints and street protests by parents to CEO., DEO., etc.
Order immediate return of such illegally collected fees without receipts to
parents . Cancel recognition under provisions of RTE. Govt. to take over
management of school.  Recommend immediate compensation of 5 Lakhs to the
parents of the minor dalit student.
