Even if its outside  UK government's jurisdiction its inside 
some one else's jurisdiction. there are already plans 
of making singapore the MPAA RIAA control center for 
Asia. and more or less all states are busy implementing
similar laws.

In my opinion information will be secure only when 
no one knows where it is. rather then just posting it on 
a server outside ur country.

Such a system is already there the need is to just start using it.
