This is perhaps the first general election in India 
when economic issues are at the heart of the debate. The
Vajpayee government's 'India Shining' campaign has 
produced an equal and opposite reaction. Everyone is
suddenly
questioning, "Is India really shining?" Across the 
seas, there is another country going to the polls very
soon, 
and the major issue in their elections also has to do with 
the stupid economy, and it affects India. 

Through these elections, through all the shining, 
whining,and beyond, ZEST Economics will keep you in touch
with
what's happening to the economy, to the tax that you 
pay. Beware, that rupee in your pocket, its value may 
suddenly increase or decrease.
