Yes Lakshmi, it's a very troubling issue. I've been facing it on
several counts, and the examples I use in the blog entry were meant
only to evoke some thought. But I am looking at a resolution to the
problem and would be grateful to anyone who could point me to any
essays that exist on the subject. For those of you who are clueless
