  Dear all

  I am working on an article on the Commonwealth Games Village, to be built in time for the 2010 Commonwealth Games - Delhi .. I don't really have an angle yet .. but Delhi's proposal included plans for a review of the transportation and residental infrastructure in east and central delhi.

  I need a copy of the draftplan of the 2021 masterplan for delhi .. does anyone know where i can get  a copy from? .. am already trying to contact the Urban development department, DDA and MCD .. if anyone has any other resources/ ideas?
