do you really think that the reddy committee report being made public
will have any positive impact towards the repeal of the act?
'amendment' maybe, but 'repeal' no. it will just be the 'old wine in a
new bottle' formula.

the justice reddy committee was a government-constituted committee.
whatever it has to say will not be radically different from the
state's appoach to the northeast.
