[Reader-list] AFSPA

[Yengkhom Jilangamba]

First, the Justice Reddy Committee Report has not been
officially made public. It was leaked through some
media. So, there is still a need to demand that the
Government should make it public.

Second, there are dangerous provisions in the report.
But as an initial step, the Government should make it
public, so that there can atleast be a debate around
the report.
