Dear Ravi and Vishal,
What has struck me now (though it should have earlier) is the fact
that a big worry and legitimate worry among funded organisations and
programmes is the worry that donors might suddenly shift funding form
one grave problem to a graver sexier one.  So often, issues might not
be linked to Climate change to attract more funding - but maybe to
protect existing projects that run the risk of being abruptly
terminated just because something else caught the fancy of the donor.

Which gives us something new to think about.
