Harry Schwartz, an urban planner and educator from
New York, will talk on Thursday, February 22 at 3:00
at the Conference Hall of the NIUA. He will focus on the
momentuous physical, economic and social  changes that
have occurred in cities in the United States since WW II.
As Indian cities continue growing we may be able to learn
something from the American experience.
