Typical propaganda .Yes, curfew does mean putting restrictions & is a legitimate measure employed in apprehension of breach of peace. If only authorities had imposed curfew on the eve of Muzafarabad march & disallowed religious fervour driven mobilisation of credulous Kashmiri Muslim masses, possibly loss of a few lives could have been prevented.

It is amazing that all these self declared Kashmiri Muslim separatist leaders are turning out to be medically sick now... ..???
In any case their health has always been taken care of by the Govt. of India & they have been assisted in availing of the best of the medical facilities & treatment. Sayyad Ali Shah Jillani was airlifted in a state owned aircraft from Ranchi jail to Mumbai for treatment not very long ago & Yassin Mallik has been allowed to seek treatment in USA. Rest be assured these guys are being looked after well at the expanse of the taxpayers. It is the common masses who have to suffer because of these opportunists.
