Dear Friends,

Mark your October calendar for Freewaves' 11th Festival where we will feature 
experimental media art along the Boulevard in Hollywood. 

Come experience ART IN THE STREET (160 videos/films/media art in/on over 
50 venues & locations in Hollywood over 5 days. Even the wrap-around zipper 
display at Hollywood & Highland will show experimental art!  

- Sip a glass of vino by the David Hockney pool at the Roosevelt Hotel Tropicana 
Bar on the 9th with experimental shorts around and in the pool

- Treat your senses to a night of "visual music" (a live VJ/DJ event) at the 
Knitting Factory on the 10th featuring Berlin's Pfadfinderei, one of the world's

- Wander upon musical & dance performances by bicyclists (bike ballets!) 
during Saturday's "Streetwise Mobile Media"
