i realise this is a different list altogether but wondering if there were some cross posters. been trying to subscribe to the urban studies listserv for the past few days but everytime i enter my email ID it comes back with this msg ->  Unable to send mail: (535, 'Error: authentication failed')

any help, pointers to someone is very appreciated.
