Well, now that we have had tons of discussion on the so-called different religious codes, can someone now specify why : 1) A uniform civil code is necessary, if at all 2) If it is necessary, the kind of things which should be a part of the code. Don't just beat around the bush, but be specific and clear. It's a request I make here.
