Notes on Crater is an event that was created to consider the role that
information and the narratives of our experiences have had in these 5
months after 6 April, to discuss about the management of information
and media to the plight of L'Aquila.


Program

Anticipation of the project "Il Cratere", which was created to
reconstruct the history of L'Aquila, the one of April 6th, the present
and future. A tale from the bottom collecting written testimony,
documents, photos, videos, audio.

There will be a debate with the participation of journalists,
bloggers, video makers, directors and welcome the participation of
those who, by various means, has documented and documents the reality
of L'Aquila, to reassemble the pieces of this story.

Yes We Camp. Presentation of the video diary created by Alberto
Puliafito and produced by IK Produzioni. The work takes its name from
an inscription appeared on the billboard of a young earthquake victims
during the demonstration on June 16, when the quake ask to revise the
act that would approve the "c.a.s.e. plan".


The documentary begins at the demonstration in Piazza Montecitorio,
continues with a candlelight vigil on July 6, dedicated to the memory
of the victims, through the telling of the G8 and the entire month of
August 2009, closed in the future, Aquila, in 2032. It is a point of
view of an outsider trying to understand and tell the stories of
people who are part of a story in continuous evolution. It is a set of
frescoes, without claiming to have the truth in his pocket. A story
that opens and closes with a question mark.

Notes on Crater is an opportunity of meeting the aquilan community, a
time of social gathering, a chance to talk about the future and the
social reconstruction of L'Aquila.

Appunti sul Cratere è una serata che nasce per riflettere sul ruolo
che l'informazione e le narrazioni dei nostri vissuti hanno avuto in
questi 5 mesi dopo il 6 aprile, per interrogarsi sulla gestione
dell'informazione e dei media sul dramma dell'aquilano.

Programma

Ore 18:30

Anticipazione del progetto "Il Cratere", che nasce per ricostruire la
storia dell'Aquila, quella dal 6 aprile, quella del presente e del
futuro. Un racconto dal basso che raccoglie testimonianze scritte,
documenti, foto, video, audio.

E' previsto un dibattito con la partecipazione di giornalisti,
bloggers, videomakers, registi ed è gradita la partecipazione di chi,
con vari mezzi, ha documentato e documenta la realtà dell'Aquila, per
ricomporre i pezzi di questa storia.

Yes We Camp. Presentazione del videodiario realizzato da Alberto
Puliafito e prodotto da iK Produzioni. Il lavoro prende il nome da una
scritta comparsa sul cartellone di un giovane terremotato durante la
manifestazione del 16 giugno durante la quale i terremotati chedevano
di rivedere il Disegno Legge che avrebbe approvato il Piano C.A.S.E.

Inizia proprio da quella manifestazione in Piazza Montecitorio,
prosegue con la fiaccolata del 6 luglio dedicata al ricordo delle
vittime, passa attraverso il racconto del G8 e di tutto il mese di
agosto 2009, si chiude nel futuro, all'Aquila, nel 2032. E' il punto
di vista di un osservatore esterno che cerca di capire e di raccontare
le storie delle persone che fanno parte di una Storia in continua
evoluzione. È un insieme di affreschi, senza pretesa di avere la
verità in tasca. Un racconto che si apre e si chiude con un punto
interrogativo.

Appunti sul Cratere è un'occasione di incontro per la comunità
aquilana, un momento di aggregazione sociale, un'occasione per parlare
del futuro e della ricostruzione sociale dell'Aquila.
