In addition to what I wrote above, what the second conclusion would be used
to interpret is that Muslims are themselves communal and don't want to live
peacefully with Hindus. And this results in trust deficit between Hindus and
Muslims, a perfect situation for the BJP.

By the way, as a side question, the madrasas in UP have been found to also
educate Hindu children. Are there cases of RSS backed schools educating the
Muslims? Any Hindutva backers having answers to this question?
