dear rajen,

Yes, i agree that armed forces are humans, therefore utmost care has to be
taken from the side of the superiors to differentiate those who are honestly
living their lives for their daily bread and those who are creating trouble.
this is irrespective of religions, extremism or rebellion (being different
but complementing each other) is harboured by people from all political
colours and laters when such rebellion gathers more people, state security
agencies are used to quell them. this, i am not saying in context kashmir
but also in terms of north east:
