[Reader-list] MP to scrutinise overflow of Kashmiri students

Another step intended to assure the Kashmiri that we regard him as a
fellow Indian and not a second class citizen. The creamy layer of the
Pandits meanwhile, is milking the quotas meant for poorer Pandits in
the camps
