Dear Rajendra bhai

What about the Gujarat govt. allowing DOW to set up a plant in Gujarat? The
same DOW is refusing to pay compensation to Bhopal victims after having
acquired UCIL, even though the DOW Chemicals company has paid the
compensation for asbestos victims of a UC plant in USA.

Probably Narendra Modi also wishes to join the Congress in the race to
become 'maut ka saudagar'.
