no it was not Kolkata, it was Serampur. They are not the same at all. It may not have ever happened in Kolkata. The "city of joy" apellation, similarly, is not Kolkata, Anandanagar was supposed to be a bsti in Pilkhana, Howrah, which is not Kolkata.
