The CAF India  – UBS Community  Leadership Experience (CLE) is a programme 
designed to help NGO leaders  develop skills to effectively deal with current 
issues facing the sector and to provide a platform for dialogue, discussion, 
sharing and learning for them. The  objective of the CLE is to nurture 
leadership skills in NGO’s and CBO’s  that are sensitive to ground realities and 
cognizant of/ responsive to   the economic, social, political environment around 
them.The Community Leadership Experience is being supported by UBS in Mumbai and 
facilitated by CAF India.  CAF-UBS will provide for travel and accommodation; 
training material.

We are looking for participants who fulfil the following selection criteria:

·         Female
·         Hold a leadership position in an organization based in Maharashtra who 
has spent between 1 to 5 years in the leadership role
.    Ensure, in principle, full time participation throughout the workshop (in 
May 2011)
