Dear Kshmendra

I would like to respond to this.  But can I first ask you what kind of
things you would like to see celebrated about India on this list?  And
which are the negative aspects of India that, to you, seem to "obsess"
people on this list?

And, further, could you expand the last sentence quoted above?
