Dear Pawan jee

On the rape issue, it's seriously a very wrong thing and is totally
condemnable. It should be dealt with appropriately and agencies of the state
should work towards minimizing the occurrence of such incidences, to the
point of total eradication. Any rape by any person, be it security forces or
terrorists or common person or anyone, is condemnable and deserves strict
punishment (which I feel is life imprisonment in most cases).
